Clinical cases

>> Clinical case N°1
Re-open a proper space to set an implant in the 46's position.
Direct pull on a 12mm Ancora. Duration: 8 weeks.

>> Clinical case N°2
Re-open a proper space to set an implant in the 16's position. Two 8mm Ancoras will maintain the 15. A segmental device with a compressed NiTi coil-spring will distalize the 17. In this case, the tuberosity area was not usable. Duration: 12 weeks.

>> Clinical case N°3
Close the lateral open-bite without inducing any tipping of the occlusal plane. An 8mm Ancora in the maxilla, with a V-shaped elastic.

>> Clinical case N°4
Distalize the right maxillary buccal segment (17/16/15/14) in order to re-open a proper space around the deciduous cuspid and to restore a Class I relationship. An implant will be set in the position of the 13. A 10mm Ancora is installed in buccal position between 15 and 16.

>> Clinical case N°5
Distalize the right maxillary segment in order to retrieve a Class I relationship and to allow the GP to restore the porcelain crowns on 11 and 12. Two 10mm Ancoras in the tuberosities for a direct pull with orthodontic chains.
